A Few Things That Help Me Heal



You may be experiencing many different emotions and feelings throughout your day and that is ok. What we are experiencing isn’t anything any of us have experienced before, so that can make this time seem extra challenging. I put together a list of a few of the things I have learned that have helped me to heal from trauma. Making these changes may help you to start your own healing and learn a lot about yourself and what is really important to you. 

I’m not going to lie- this work isn’t pretty and it isn’t easy but it is absolutely life changing. The good thing is you can start right now as you already have all the answers you need inside of you. You just have to find them and listen. And what better time than now when our world has quieted down to allow us to hear what is needed.
